The Farm is closed temporarily to all visitors due to the coronavirus guidelines.

Mission Statement
Loma Vista Farm is a 5-acre outdoor classroom that provides hands-on educational activities involving plants and animals for children of all ages and abilities. We seek to increase students’ knowledge of nature and nutrition while enhancing academic learning, ecoliteracy, and psychosocial development.


The Farm is CLOSED TEMPORARILY to all visitors due to the coronavirus guidelines.

The ‘Friends of Loma Vista Farm’, a California 501c3 nonprofit corporation, Tax ID #32-0109022, is  a privately funded, nonprofit fund-raising organization supporting this educational Farm.  Loma Vista Farm is supported 100% by the nonprofit ‘Friends of Loma Vista Farm’ and without private funding the Farm could not continue to operate. Your donations are tax-deductible and Friends of Loma Vista Farm issues necessary documents for use in recognition of all donations. Please consult your tax adviser.

Last year our poinsettia sale was a hit. During the sale we had a wonderful discovery. We were delighted to find our prices were the best in town and even more delighted when our poinsettias were bigger and more beautiful than those of most retailers in Vallejo.
