The Friends of Loma Vista Farm are getting ready for their annual Planning Meeting on Saturday, January 25. At our planning meeting we review/revise our budget, decide on dates for our wonderful events, and take care of other business.
We are working with the School District and the City of Vallejo on the positioning of our new cow habitat in the pasture across Rainier St. This will provide our two cows, Oreo and Keebler, with a new, bigger grazing area as well as more storage for animal feed and event materials.
We hope to have this latest project completed by our Spring Festival on April 26.
