So deeply enriching in cultural pride, agricultural education, and nutritional value, we completed our corn processing activity. Loma Vista students grew the corn, processed it into flour, and will be making corn bread with it starting next week. Loma Vista Environmental Science Academy is the heart and soul of Loma Vista Farm.
