Meet Rockford – our latest addition to the farm
Meet Rocky our new miniature pig. Rocky is a very friendly, fixed male Juliana pig, born August 27, 2016. He was born 1 1/2 weeks premature and was bottle-fed by Kendra (a breeder of Juliana pigs in Vacaville) because he was too small and weak to nurse from his mom. Rocky lived with Kendra until his move to Loma Vista Farm.
Rocky is very sweet, doesn’t like his back touched too much, but loves his stomach being rubbed. Rocky knows how to sit and circle/spin. Rocky is similar in size to Clyde, and we know they will become good friends.
