Good News!
Loma Vista Farm has been awarded the grant we submitted for the chicken habitat. Valero has graciously awarded the Farm $50,000! We are very grateful for their continuing support of Loma Vista Farm.
In addition, Supervisor Erin Hannigan is in the process of awarding funds from District 1’s Education Fund.
As many of you are aware, Supervisor Erin Hannigan is retiring this year. There’s an evite to join her in her weekly walk this Friday, Dec 6th, as well as participate in her end of year and retirement celebration. If you want to join the walk, meet in front of Manny’s on the waterfront. The walk starts at 9:00. The attachment is an invitation to her Retirement Celebration on December 19th.
